Christopher – Beijing 2013, 400 series 3/4 Double Bass
A 3/4-sized double bass with a detachable neck from the Christopher workshop in a Busetto shape. It has sloping shoulders making this bass easier to access upper positions. The 400 series are fully carved with a solid Spruce top, maple sides, back and neck. The bass is supplied with German made Rubner machine heads, adjustable bridge, ebony finger board and tail piece. A good quality Christopher bag, D’Addario strings and full setup are included.
This bass has a large powerful sound which has been very popular with professional jazz and classical players. A great bass for the advanced student or professional.

The case has a separate neck box which is in the lid. The neck box also stiffens the lid and helps protect the top of the bass from impact. The case has 2 wheels and straps on the sides and at the top.
