In cases where the purchaser changes their mind, Bassworks will refund the purchase price less a 2.2% processing fee. Refunds will only be processed when product(s) have been returned to BassWorks within 2 weeks of the product(s) being received. Product(s) must in the same condition as when they were sold, with packaging and tags intact, and no signs of use or wear.
Postage / freight costs are non-refundable, and return freight is the responsibility of the buyer.
In cases where products are faulty, or not as described, BassWorks adheres to Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us with the details of the problem, and we will work with you to resolve it.
