]]> The Raggetti Masters Series Sleeping Beauty Cello is a faithful recreation of an old master; the 1739 Domenico Montagnana (Venice) instrument, ‘Sleeping Beauty’.
The artistry of Raggetti has captured the character and history of some of the finest string instruments ever made in the Raggetti Master’s Series of recreations. Meticulous studies of the originals and iconographies, together with advanced technologies and fine making, have melded the beauty of the original instruments and the construction principles of the Stradivari & Guarneri masters.

Back, Neck & Sides: Highly Flamed Solid Maple
Inlaid purfling, Rosewood French Style Pegs, Ebony Fingerboard, Made in China

Set up in BassWorks’ Belair workshop with an Aubert Bridge (made in France), a Glasser Endpin, Wittner Tailpiece and Larsen Strings.
