spruce top and poplar back & sides are planed, glued
and cut to approximate size. |

back and top are carved to shape and then finished with
a thumb plane and scraper. |

sides are fed through the drum sander for exact thickness |

sides are heat bent to the profile of the bass |

are fitted and glued to the blocks in the mould. |
Linings
are bent and glued and the back is glued to the sides.
The mould is now removed. |
